Operations Manager Highway Traffic Management

Mikee Booth has 22 years’ industry experience within traffic management, covering each of the National Highways Sector Schemes having started out as a TMO and working his way up within the business. He has extensive experience from his time working as a 12 AB Foreman and has been the Operations Manager since 2020 where he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across all strategically placed depots.

This includes creating safe systems of work, implementing processes and continuous improvement by looking at new and innovative methods and equipment that the business can benefit from. He recently completed his Mental Health First Aid qualification to add to his skill set, which includes planning, decision making, problem-solving, mentoring, collaborative working, along with delivery and industry best practice.
