Transport Planner Arup

After moving to in the UK in 2015 from Damascus, Syria, and having finished what is A-level equivalent in the British System. I was on a bumpy journey navigating both the education system and the job market. Fast-forwarding to 2018, being offered a place at uni to do civil engineering as well as offered to work at Arup on a Transport Planning Apprenticeship. I chose the latter.

Now in 2022 I’m an Eng-Tech; part of our big Consulting team, working on various transport planning and modelling projects, working with clients that range from public to private, big to massive.
