
Claire Harrison
Senior Engineer Transport for London (TfL)Claire has been working in the field of traffic engineering for 18 years, and joined TfL in 2009. She is a Senior Engineer in the Traffic Engineering department with experience in safety, bus and cycle schemes. Since 2017 Claire has overseen the design team working on London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). She has led teams on the sign design and requirements for its effective enforcement. Starting with the original Central ULEZ, which was launched in 2019, whilst also co-ordinating with London’s Congestion Charging Zone requirements. She then led on the boundary definition and sign design work required to define and enforce the recently extended zone, which includes the area inside the North and South Circular roads.
