Lucy Arnold

Zero-Emission Bus Development Manager (Infrastructure), Transport for London

As part of the zero-emission bus development team at Transport for London, Lucy works to build the strategy for delivering ZE bus infrastructure projects. This includes trial technology such as Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses and Opportunity Charging.

Lucy started her career working in Bus Operations, both in London and the UK regional market, understanding what it takes to run passenger bus services and transition to a battery electric fleet.

Her operational experience helps her to drive success in the planning and deployment of new technology, influencing a dynamic approach to working practices and overcoming new challenges to deliver against ZE targets.
