Associate Director – Flood and Water Management, Project CentreOver the last 26 years David has worked in the public sector for Essex County County Council and currently for PCL. During this time, he has gained a significant knowledge in both engineering and flood prevention project delivery.
The variety of projects he has worked on in this time have made him a versatile and experienced individual capable of leading a team that is focused on delivering the best project for our clients.
Whilst leading the delivery of Essex County Councils flood programme he managed over £35million pounds worth of investment in flood prevention projects ranging from the delivery of feasibility studies to the construction of attenuation basins, rain gardens and a variety of nature based solutions.
