Head of Asset Management, Highways, Office of Rail and RoadHarry joined ORR in 2018, having previously spent eleven years working for National Highways. His background is in engineering, applied to asset policy and requirement development and outcome performance management. Harry leads on holding National Highways to account for capital portfolio delivery of the Road Investment Strategy.
